Security is disabled when comms is? I wouldn't know, I never went to security when comms have been sabotaged. Also, I'd gladly fix them.

So everything that you can normally access besides tasks are disabled? (Yes, you can do tasks while the comms are disabled, you just can't see them on your task board.
