Yes. He bragged about it at work.

Attention deep state: This shoddy work will only convince people that already want to believe your narrative. Everything is "just so" in the frame. A little too perfect is an understatement. You could have just planted a couple of dozen people in the crowd with big rebel flags. But no, you had to get greedy.

We actually know who he is. His name's Kevin Seefried from Delaware (by the way, can you think of a reason why a man travelling from Delaware to DC might have a few creases in his flag?). He has been flying a confederate flag outside his home for most of his life. He has a prior conviction of a misdemeanor for terroristic threats in the 90's. He was identified after bragging to a co-worker that this was him in the photo.

This. Is. Cut and dry. This is not a false flag thing. He is exactly what he looks like in the photo and he got caught for it, and he's up in front of a federal court next week and he deserves it.
