The difference is that the people who stormed the capitol building were about 70 people out of 75 million Trump supporters. Not counting the thousands of Trump supporters who were in Washington that day who were truly there peacefully protesting and did not participate in the insurrection attempt. Regardless of whether they were truly supporters of Donald Trump or not, or paid Soros Antifa/BLM posing as thugs, they don’t represent the rest of us.

On the flip side, Democrats and their media lapdogs having been inflaming racial tensions and riots all over the country for months now. Making the police out to be the enemy then calling the police themselves when they run into trouble.

People have been killed in these riots (including Trump supporters). Black-owned community businesses that help the economy has paid the price.

Prominent Democrat politicians have even participated in some of these riots. They have participated in them.

The Seattle Mayor called “Chaz” a summer of love.”

It’s not just BLM, but Antifa as well. It’s still happening.

It’s also not about racism no matter how much they try to say it is. That is quite clear.

Dems have guilt to go around as well.

If you may recall a few years back, the shooting of GOP congressmen by an anti-Trump Bernie Bro. Democrats said hardly anything about that. Scott Pelley ended his final broadcast as anchor at CBS Evening News that day trying to suggest Trump was actually at fault for it. Just a few months later, the Democrats were all blaming Trump for the incident at Charlottesville.

Now that the Democrats have secured full power in Washington they are clearly trying to take the heat off of them. It’s why I think that whole “insurrection” thing was staged. I mean people aren’t able to gain access such a highly secure building like the US Capitol building so easily like that. Get real.

The Democrats are looking for an excuse to go after everyone who voted for Donald Trump. They have become more angry and vindictive than they have ever been, and their party is basically being ran now by avowed Marxists like Bernie Sanders, AOC and the rest of the goon “Squad.” I worry not what Trump supporters are going to do but what the Democrats are going to do when they gain full control of Washington next week. It’s terrifying because it’s the truth. The true danger-the true fascists-are the people who have been screaming “danger” and “fascist” the most.

And despite what some like to claim, the videos and news reports tell a different story about BLM/Antifa. BLM itself was founded and is still run by a couple of Marxists who’s stated aim is the eradication of capitalism and the nuclear family

1. I'm sure you'll give the same charity to the BLM protests, which were the largest protests in recorded history. Only 7%, a small minority of the protests were violent, and out of the violent protests, many only had a small minority of the actual protest being violent. Additionally, some violent protests were actually committed by white supremacists pretending to the BLM, per police. This small minority of BLM protestors don't represent the rest of the protests.

2. Oh wait, you won't give charity to the BLM protests. I wonder why? Now you're blaming democrat politicians for attending BLM protests, implying that they condone rioting and that the majority of BLM protests have been violent, neither of which are true. Cognitive dissonance at its finest.

3. BLM protests aren't only about George Floyd. They're about police brutality, and more broadly, systemic racism. These social problems have long predated George Floyd, and despite multiple attempts at protest, little change has been done to address these issues.

4. I'm not aware about the GOP congressman shooting so I won't comment on that.

5. You claim that the insurrection was "staged." This is where I lose you. It absolutely was not staged, and the only reason why the US capitol was breached so easily because police officers were extraordinarily less combative than they were responding to BLM protests. If the crowd of people weren't a bunch of salty, white magahats and instead were black BLM protesters, the police response would have been significantly different. Again, this is racism, not a conspiracy. The fact that you are so willing to downplay and deflect the blame of the insurrection to democrats, instead of where it actually falls, which is Trump and the other bootlicking Republicans who worship him, tells me that your previous condemnation of the insurrection is at the very least insincere.

6. Though Bernie is the chair of the budget committee, progressives/the squad as a whole don't have much power within the democrat party...yet. if they were, that's a GOOD thing. I couldn't imagine a better future.
