Hard work is one of the biggest.
Iq is just another advantage, but it doesn’t mean much if you don’t work hard.

it depends. Are you born into a rich family or a poor family? What do you look like (this will affect how others around you will help your success)? Where do you live? Are you book smart or socially smart?
