Tell him that it bothers you. If he gets mad that you're worried cuz he's CONSTANTLY texting her then he's definitely being defensive. Tell him "Fine give me your phone" and go through it. If he gets even more defensive then something is probably up. If he understands then you can have a civil conversation with him about why it bothers you and how you want it to stop or at least slowdown.
