It could boost morale. Because if people could post to social media during work it could give them a break. Or something like that I'm not the best at explaining

I think it's fine to unwind and post stuff at work (provided your employer is ok with it) the problem I have is when doctors and nurses or other professionals post things at the expense of their patients/ students/ clients.

I say you should ask your boss. If he allows you to take short breaks then take short breaks, if he doesn't, then don't.

I don’t know anyone who actually works 100% of the time while they’re “at work,” so sure why not? It’s been stated that employees spend less than half their time actually working anyway.
