It was kinda a joke, but yeah, they can jump on you, I've had it happen three times.

Usually they just nip at you so we tend to steer clear whenever they're around. Often times they're being territorial but some people try feeding them and get bit

We don't actually get tourists here. The base is kept pretty secure and is isolated. Between the two borders is just landmines and razor wire

GTMO, our US Naval Station in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. My dad works with the Navy here. This is probably our last year here since I'm graduating this summer and being stuck on a tiny base for three years gets kinda old
