Watership Down is a book about a group of rabbits whose warren was destroyed, and how they travel hundreds of miles over England to find the perfect spot for a new den.
The Shack is about a man who lost his youngest daughter to a child predator, and several years later, returns to the place that she was murdered at (which he calls the shack), and there God shows up and takes him on the adventure of a lifetime.
Both are great reads which I highly recommend, but don't try to get your theology from either of them.
