2. No upvote begging memes. If you do that then the moderators of this stream will not allow your image to be featured here.
3. Spread happiness here. No memes OR GIFs that could hurt someone on the inside.
4. If you are sad or even depressed then if you want you can make an image saying so and me and others will be sure to spread some joy over your side of the table. (This isn't really a rule. It's completely optional.)
