I think from what my dad had said once it was like a reference to sitting on an egg. Back then they did not think as dirty as we do so sit on it was like saying go sit on an egg or something. I am just guessing I have no "Source" though so do not ask. I hate when people say where is your source. Sit on it for your source. Lol. I still don't understand the term "what does that have to do with the price of eggs?" What does the price of eggs have to do with anything it makes no sense. rofl.
