Well, Unless we're talking about Kale salad,
Plain kale is not that bad

I don't know what it is but I hate the stuff. Someone once made a kale smoothie for me and I drank it cause I didn't want to hurt his feelings.

Kale kinda tastes like broccoli, Not that bad

And for the record, Kale smoothies rock!
