SCP-963 can give you a new life in the form of a new body, like how time lords regenerate. The cybermen want to replace flesh with technology like the mechanites/The Church of the Broken God. The Global Occult Coalition was made by the United Nations to combat threats to normality, like UNIT. Humans come into contact with something not normal and don't know what to do, like most episodes of doctor who. The Scarlet King is the source of all religious and universal ideas of evil, as is The Beast, both known far to well as satan, but WORSE. The Church of the broken God worship a metallic entity, like The Church of the Tin Vagabond. SCP-184 makes things bigger on the inside, like time lord technology, but imperfect. It also could harm the universe if used improperly, like time lord technology. AND IT EVEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING A UNIVERSE LIKE THE TARDIS. The SCP Foundation in it's entirety is unknowingly just a collaborative unofficial Dr. Who Fanfic.
