You can , there are just different types , that is a chakura of the brain ... The types of chakra energy's:
Brain chakra
Eye chakra
Leg chakra
Arm chakra
Mouth chakra (this one is a little complicated to explain)
And last but not least finger chakra , this is connected to the hand chakra but it can be used separately
