The reason I like him is because in the fighting game Pokémon tournament you can play as chandalure and there was a glitch where if you did flamethrower and used hex while the flamethrower animation was still out and it would make the other person freeze and not be able to move.

yeah that and it's a ghost/fire type with edgy blue flames
