Have you ever tried something like a whole chicken in the microwave? It basically ends up exploding after a while. I speak from experience.

To avoid the above, you need to repeatedly stab them (whilst making the sound from 'Pyscho')
The reason is to make sure 1, they are dead, and 2, release any trapped air.

I personally make the 'Yink, yink, yink, yink,' sound for all microwave meals.
