UAE wasn’t at war with Israel before but they never opened up trade or airspace or other things. So the Abraham Accords normalizes relations between Israel Bahrain and UAE. HOWEVER, you should be up to date before you look stupid. Sudan and Morocco both DID send soldiers to fight Israel in multiple wars and never labelled themselves as officially at peace with Israel. Both of them just joined the deal and opened up trade with each other. In fact, Sudan is one of the countries that was on travel ban but after they got rid of their dictator and complied with making peace Trump took them off the ban. Now the Lebanese president hinted that he will consider joining as well, and the Saudi Arabian prince will jump on the deal as soon as his father, the salman, dies since he refuses the deal. The purpose of these peace deals is to unite the divided middle east against Iran, who wants to take over the region, make Iran like the Persian empire, and kill all Jews. They regularly chant “death to Israel” during Friday prayers along with burning American flags.
