Obviously you’re confused. Shipments weren’t cut. 11.4 million doses delivered. 20 million were anticipated, but the states only administered 2.1 million anyway. I know you lefties like blaming Trump for everything, but like always the problem is at the state level NOT federal.

The states have nothing to do with this, this is a national and world problem much more important than golf, or crying on twitter 24/7 about the election.
