Whats a war weapon? Gun? If so Constitution protects the citizens of the US the right to have those. Banning TikTok is more of way of combating foreign social engineering programs, and black listing that app. I use UE4 and Chinese interest is in that too but not in the same way as TikTok. Im sure there is more to TikTok banishment, but as i see it, Guns give citizens a way to protect themselves from foreign and domestic tyranny, but we aren't there yet and the places that need them the most in the US right now, have very strict gun laws. Both conservatives and classical liberals agree on this, taking away the good guys ability to defend themselves doesnt stop the bad guy from attacking.
