And when I feel guilty I feel like I need to hurt myself and feel what I did to the other person. When I hurt myself I hurt others. And that makes me more guilty. Its just one huge cycle of hurt and guilt. I can't control it its endless...

How about this: think about someone whom you love very dearly. If they were in your situation, how would you respond? Would you love them any less? Or would you be sympathetic and compassionate? Whatever your answer is, it will most likely be their answer too. Think about how they have loved you back. Knowing that someone loves you unconditionally should help in dealing with the guilt.

Sometimes you need to focus on you and only you. Take a week to focus on helping yoursekf. Trust me many people have tried and failed to fix the drama. They drama is the main cause of this cycle you experience. the drama is almost permanent just ignore it. Focus on you maybe take a break from imgflip and Idk go outside. Relax.
