1. I can't balance the colour palate (I used an palate from pinterest)

Also this was the first one I made after I understand drawing heads, also I edited the background a bit like how you'd do on photoshop, my big brother was impressed.

Have you tried using photo shop sketch to draw and if you don't want them staring into your soul I would draw them interacting with someone or something
