This is SO TRUE
one time, we had an assignment and we had to do poetry so I was paired up with two girls and they just thought up of some really dumb shit that didnt make any sense like
"I was walking"
"I saw the moon"
"It sang me a tune"
"It looked like a drum"
And the "it looked like a drum" part sounded really dumb to me so I suggested that we change it but they loved that line SO MUCH FOR SOME REASON and I literally didn't get to think up of anything and they just took over lol.
