Experiment F-2 (Buster)

Background: Buster is Snowball’s brother. He was captured and put in a cell in the Galactic Laboratory Antarctic complex. Buster has the potential to have amazing power, but he has either rejected it, hiding it for later use, or he is just afraid of it altogether. Most staff assume he is powerless.

Abilities: fast regeneration, the rest is unknown.
