What system are you planning on?

A separate private stream where people can go to post an image with the name of who they want. They'll post anonymously, but as a moderator, I'll still be able to see who's voting to see if there's any cheating or suspicious accounts, but no-one else will be able to see who voted for who

I am now starting to think this system may be too complicated for voters. Also, are stream moderators really able to see who posts anonymous memes? I thought they couldn’t. Maybe a poll where you have to enter your username to vote would be better.
