yall remember when we first got a look at Denki on the bus to USJ, Denki absolutely CRUSHED Bakugo with a smart comment; which proves that Horikoshi wanted to make Denki a smart ass, but decided against it later on because he was going to appeal better to the audience if he was stupid; i'm just sayin, he's not completely dumb :P
