:-D. yeah, by the time you're selecting to use a vpn you realize it is pretty hard to prove where the data is. does that matter for your application? the laws require servers to be based in the home countries these days. USA maybe an exception. considering differing laws... i forgot where i read that but it was an interesting article.

Unless you are doing spy stuff most of the VPN's we have in the USA are pretty decent. I mean hackers are always trying to break a system down but a VPN is just another tool to tryna slow em down some. If you are doing spy stuff I would assume government agencies would have a State run program but then again Government has always been pretty inept when it comes to data. Always good to pick a decent service and keep tabs on their records. Most of the VPN's don't even take your private data anymore so that is good.
