OK bro, I'm straight, but I can tell you that the gay people I know are legitimately among the funniest and most iconic of my comrades. It's not a flaw, it's a feature. :)

I know I'm foreal bi but I tend to say gay it just sounds better

I tend to refer to all types as 'gay' purely because typing LGBTQ+ gets really tedious and I don't know the various sub-types.

It's not meant to be dismissive or anything, it's just like referring to your Subaru WRX as a car...far easier.
