Okay, this time i made sure not to mess anything up.

It depends on which task

If it is a common task, like wires, card swipe, or insert keys.
Common tasks are either everybody has it or nobody has it. If someone does card swipe and you don't have it, they are faking.

With a download, you just have to count to nine.
If it takes them less than nine seconds they are faking.

If you see someone doing trash in cafe and/or o2, at the next meeting say they have trash, if they say they don't that means they were faking.

The task bar can sometimes work, but it's very unreliable.

Also if there are no long tasks or no short tasks in the game settings you can catch them that way

But having no short or long tasks is rude and I would leave the game

Saying someone is ugly is still rude even if they are ugly. And yes, I know I am a one mapped noob but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to yell it in all caps. And I have been trying to play on more maps, instead of just skeld

You can also spot if someone is faking medbay scan if visual tasks are off:
2 ppl can’t do medbay scan at once, it will say: Waiting for (players name). If you have scan and somebody already does his scan, check if you can do it or not.
And yes this is a visual task but I just wanted to share this trick

if someone does a cardswipe or keys or wires (skeld-swipe, polus-keys, MIRA-wires *wires are in all of them tho*) and you don't have it then they r faking. if they go to 4 places to do wires then they are faking. in MIRA i think you have to do admin code every time, so if they don't go there they are faking.
