See ? that's the object of the image :-) The courts have NOT ruled, they dismissed plaintiffs, so they were never heard and had no chance to actually present evidence. Nice try though ;-)

Ok - you HAVE to read the court documents. These are rulings. These are official, precedent-setting dismissal of these evidentiary claims point by point, 60 times over.
