Sort of. I have been going to a therapist and it’s been getting better. We also found the main root of my mental disorders but I’m not sure how to fix it

I sort of have depression, i’m pretty sure it’s bipolar disorder. but, i found a coping mechanism!!! it’s called age regression!!! it makes me really happy and i like it. also, by reading this, you have been blessed by molang! now today will be a good day, even if it seems bad, there are still good things in it!! have a wonderful day!!!!
