If you think its best to do so, tell them this, ask them if they an explanation though.
" I have been very depressed and a lot of shit has happened in the past 6 months. I do not feel comfortable telling how and so, but some of you do know. It manifested into anger and hate and I didnt feel like living anymore. So I went on Imgflip and listened to music so much. I would also study for hours at a time. My parents noticed this and blocked Imgflip and my studying sites.
My therapist gave me a Psych Eval and now I am taking medication."
