For a Hallmark movie, it was actually pretty good. Up until the end, the plot was as though the writer had a school assignment to write a basic love conflict movie but there is no way I could have predicted the ending. There were some plot holes (for example why would you bring two pairs of snowshoes and a pair of downhill skis to LA) but they were minor. As for the train, it took me a while to figure it out but it was actually pretty clever. The train they were riding in was around 10 Budd RDCs pulled by an F7. There was one shot in the cab, and the curved roof and windows were perfect for what they were showing. The Budds are classic movie train cars, as they have a rustic interior and the outside is perfect for shots of people taking at the stations, and those were shots they wouldn't have been able to get with the Amfleets and Viewliners. There were two drone shots (one at the beginning and one at the end) that were from 2013 (as they had heritage baggage) and were not the same consist but my guess is that's because it was actual Amtrak ROW and they couldn't do multiple shots so they just used what came by. I really liked how they were able to put Phase V on the F7.
