Clothes: black cloak, don't know wtf the shoes are called, I'll add that when I remember, under the cloak she wears a red overall style skirt, and a cream white colored long sleve shirt
Voice: idk yet, unsettling and childish
Personality: same as the voice
Any powers?: yes, emotional manipulation (can control anything related to emotions, encluding emotions themselfs)

Dio: ? *looks at poppy* oh, she plays with that stupid doll a lot, it's nothing :)
Poppy: *not looking up from the doll, still having a blank expression on her face, her voice now still childish but duller and more serious* they aren't stupid..

Poppy: *looks up from the doll at dio, she looks scared*
