Clockwork's creator, who does not wish to be named, made a post a couple years back, basically saying that he is tired of people harassing him about clockwork, and that it is quite literally a living nightmare for him. He said that he's ok with you cosplaying as her, including her in your stories, drawing her, animating her, being a fan of her, including her in your own little creepypasta headcanon universe, etc, etc... but he does not want to be associated with her anymore, or hear about her anymore. So, I believe that she's still a creepypasta character, it's just that her creator is no longer in the fandom, and does not wish to talk about her.

also people say clockwork is not a creepypasta anymore,clockwork didn’t stop being a creepypasta, her creator did leave the fandom but clockwork was still left with us unlike Toby is right now
