One thing I've noticed is that SMG4 likes to hint at arcs by disguising them as throwaway jokes (Greg's death, Axol getting sent to the graveyard, SMG4's theater, etc.) I'm betting the next one has something to do with Fishy's new job that will apparently get him sent to prison.
