Artica the Frozen Floatzel
Abilities: manipulating water/ice, learning ice type moves, can literally freeze anything. (Except fire, we know this)
Backstory: when G. Labs was building their Antarctic base, they found Artica and attempted to capture her. They only succeeded in sinking 4 frigates.
