LOL... I am familiar with old Frank and Beans. He sure is something right? They have kicked him off the site a number of times but he keeps coming back. I understand your sentiment, but to require approval for a profile pic is a little much. I say hit the flag button to report any of his inappropriate images. Not much else you can do because this site will always allow him back.
