I remember a tiime I got ISS for something stupid. It's all because I tapped a another boy on thhe shoulder trying to get his attention, but they punched me in the face. Some reason, because I was the one who touched him first, I get ISS.
It doesn't matter if I touched him first, how could a tap on the shoulder inflict any harm?
