Okay, it's your fault you don't have their respect. If they do all that stuff, slap am' in the head (Not. Too. Hard.) And hiss at them when they do it. It may sound cruel, but after a while they'll warm up to you and stop doing the things you punish them for. Also, give them space when they're not in a good mood. Also, reward them when they do good stuff like snuggle you or when they come inside after they suffer like when they come inside from the rain or stay out all night.

We dont have treats and my dogs scare him. I have had him since I wasn't even a year old. He dies that to everyone, and he actually liked me more than most people. The only other person he likes more than me I'd my brother

Then stop complaining about him and love him no matter if he's a bit mean. Just because your cat isn't the best, doesn't mean you should generalize all cats like that. In many cases, including my 4 cats, they're really sweet and fun and loving and all you need is to earn their respect.
