The evidence is there. Congress can reject the electoral.

The court ruling says there isn't and therefore they can't.

They dont need permission, or a majority vote

It's in the constitution. Try actually reading it. Dont just say "I did" or " I know" actually read it.
This is not a democracy. The vote of the people is meant to sway or influence the electors. They do "not" have vote as the people do. If congress sees any sign of malpractice or fraud, a non majority panel can refuse the electors votes.

The Constitution says the electors will vote the way the election went. The state Constitutions have also been upheld in the ways that the elections were run and the way the electors are voting. Biden won. Nobody's proven otherwise.

Here's how it goes:they jetted through small courts submitting no evidence so it couldnt be crossed examined, while everyone was waiting for them to go to scotus with unsubmitable evidence, they're actually bypassing courts going straight to state and federal Senate. Congress will throw out the votes, and if its challenged, it will then go to scotus......with all the evidence that was submitted to congress.
Once you realize joe isnt getting into office, you'll call Republicans cheaters, spend 4 more years looking at "you are here" memes,....and Trump gets a freebie 3rd term.
