The subjectivity of the ideologies behind what the concept of virginity connotes does not affect the official definition of the noun: virgin, which is defined as "a person who has never had sexual intercourse." The definition of the noun: person is "a human being regarded as an individual." Through the conditions set by these two definitions, where one would have to be regarded as an individual rather than a materialistic form of property, someone who would be considered a form of property could not be accurately defined as a virgin. Personhood would have to be innately established in order to do so.
