That would be a Nekomimi, Human but with some animalistic parts, And It doesn't really matter, You can still be a furry.
A furry is someone who has an interest in anthropomorphic animals, Pretty simple.
You don't necessarily need a fursuit to be a furry, There's that,
Also, Here's the thing: The original concept of "Furries" is when someone creates a Persona (A kind of mask or image you make to interact with others) for themselves that happens to resemble an anthropomorphic animal. To put it simple, If you wanna just be free and not be afraid of who you are, Make yourself a persona (Nicknamed "Fursona"), And be your true self. :)
To put it simple, You make yourself another face, And be yourself, Doesn't necessarily have to be an animal, It can be whatever you want, Including a Nekomimi (It's japanese for "Animal Ears" LOL)
If you also have an interest in anthropomorphic animals, You count as a furry :) Simple as that.
