You're really grasping at straws here. First off, AP stands for Associated Press, which is a news agency (like Reuters) that merely desseminates information and quotes obtained and published by MSM outlets and their journalists: the ones you call fake news.
Secondly, you seem be getting caught up on the words "to date", which is nothing more than a qualifier used for political purposes to create an illusion there's still hope for Trump's base. There is none. No amount of propaganda or wishful thinking is going to change that.
Thirdly, anyone that had read an article about this matter (rather than just the headlines) would not just be aware of the quote you added but further, this one... “There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that.”
The fact of the matter is - as of today - 40 cases have already been heard and lost due to having no legal merit and/or statutory evidence that supports their claim.
