america has more REPORTED rapes. in japan it happens so much that its "normal". there its so easy for someone to get drugged and kidnapped, that if your not carefull itll definetly happen to you.
hell there are so many rules for that place just cuz people are messed up.
the us has more murders because the us is already out of controll

We totally agree that Japan isn't perfect, and that there is a group of people who are ignorant to that reality. However, that doesn't make Japan "one of the highest crime rates".

Ok but again even though you are right that Japan has a much lower rate than the USA why choosing to compare it with that country. It doesn’t have the highest rate either. And as I said, I chose the U.S. because they claim to be a safe first world country, however their crime rates are very high. I felt that was a good representation of a high crime nation to compare Japan with. It isn't the highest, but comparing Japan to the highest, instead of something closer to average, would be unfair.
