what is a cliff update?

Minecraft 1.17 is the caves and cliffs update, it features glow squids, Goats?, and the most op mob: the warden. the new blocks are: Copper, Lighting rods, Glow item frames, and most important (and cursed) of all: Glow lichen: It breaks the game so hard that it allows water in the nether.

there is still a part of blue (i want the both)

i don't want many caves to be gigantic caverns, want a terrain generation update, and want a new above ground. i don't rlly want the skulk stuff

you do know that only mountains will get a rework... right?
