It's called modern art. There are loads of buildings built upside down. And it's always intentional. If you've never been in one then I'm going to tell you right now that it's a wonderful experience.

Did you even look at the surrounding buildings? All of them are built differently and in a special way. When it's all grouped together like that you can deduce that it is a popular trend in that region.
