Srsly, I'm tired of upvote begging, there should be an imgflip rule of no upvote beggars allowed in the fun stream

I could be wrong BUT ... because there is a stream FOR this they should be herded on over that way. All I can advise is to report them as being in the wrong stream and be sure to add a comment stating that these belong in the begging for upvotes stream. It would take an effort of the majority to turn this tide though. So do with that what you will.
