well then, at least imgflip exists to let us be still living, we gotta try to make life better, depression, anxiety and other negative things is just an obstacle and you know in games we dodge obstacles, do that in life too. Hopefully in 2023 its gonna happen, the miracle. And if you are suicidal, remember: Suicide prevents making life better

Life doesn't get better by itself.

You haveto grab life by the balls and threaten to drown it in a dirty gas station toilet if the situation doesn't improve.

Doing that involves a plan.

What do you want your life to be/have that would make it better?

idk i got a dog a while ago and that helped but i still hate myself

Dogs are good.
If you hate yourself then you're gonna need to do some introspection to uncover what you hate and ultimately why.
Then make a short term plan to fix that before trying to make the rest of your life actually good.

you make it sound easy, have you ever had depression? bc it doesnt quite work like that- that easy.

It is easy in the sense that the steps required are pretty well known and not complicated, nor are they expensive.

However, the first step requires someone to actually want help.
Which is why a lot of people with depression don't get better - they think getting help is a waste of time or won't actually work for them or some other self inflicted barrier.

It's like a self fulfilling prophecy in that regard.

I understand depression better than you think having worked with countless people to recover from the problem over the past 2 decades.

But sure, I am just some fact based know nothing and you can disregard anything I say.
