Well, you can check who made an anonymous post. I would make sure that it stays anonymous by blocking the “approval history”

Add a rule for streams to use where if a user is less than 30 days old, they can’t have mod or owner for obvious reasons. But, some streams (like the Everyones_a_mod stream) won’t use it.

But what about the users on this stream whereas they're old users but deleted and came back?
