I think she's supposed to be designed like that to be an edgy character, though we know you can just spam fighting type STABs with a choice band for ez win

My entire party is eeveelutions rn. Vaporeon, Flareon, Leafeon, Espeon, Umbreon, and Sylveon. I think they increased the spawn rate for Eevee because it used to be super hard to find and suddenly I just get 4 of them now right when I get on route 3.

Yeah actually that happens sometimes, Sizzlipede has a spawn rate of 0.1% but if you bring a pokemon like vulpix with flash fire it increases it to like 30%. Since most eeveelutions have abilities unique to them like Pixilate it can probably attract more eevee
