Eh. Obama golfed all the time too. I don't know how the upper echelons of the government work, but I imagine they delegate responsibility to their cabinet? There's not much either of them could do personally in that span of time they spent playing, may as well burn some stress.

Even Obama went almost 100 times. That's a heck of a lot of golf, and just under half of what Trump has done (266 rounds in office).

Now that I think of it, I distinctly remember Obama giving a "somber" speech to us when ISIS beheaded Jim Foley and then immediately going to play golf the rest of the day.
